    • Researched grounds of appeal, and drafted notice of appeal on behalf of claimant.
    • Drafted skeleton argument for Rule 3(10) hearing.
    • Conducted advocacy in Rule 3(10) hearing at the EAT and persuaded Deputy High Court Judge Pilgerstorfer KC to progress all 4 grounds advanced to a full hearing.
