Support for Consultant Solicitors
Serve Your Clients More Efficiently
Are you struggling to manage your workload during spikes in demand?
By bringing in a sub-consultant for tech, outsourcing, and public procurement, you can offer your clients specialised services exactly when they need them most.
I provide flexible support on a fixed fee, hourly, or daily rate basis – completely ad hoc, so you can tap into my expertise whenever required.
Think of it as having an on-demand professional, similar to using Upwork or Fiverr, but with the added benefit of dedicated industry experience.
For Consultant Solicitors Who:
Need a reliable and experienced partner: With a proven track record supporting Consultant Solicitors at Nexa, I provide the expertise you can trust.
Specialise in tech and outsourcing: Leverage my 10+ years of experience in technology and outsourcing programmes to enhance your practice.
Require flexible, ad hoc support: I operate on a self-employed basis, with all work managed through my limited company and billed directly to yours.
More Info On My Service for Consultant Solicitors
What do we need to do to get started?
To get started, we’ll need to enter into a consultancy agreement. I have a template I’ve successfully used with other consultant solicitors that I can share. If you’re a Nexa consultant, that’s all that’s required.
If you work for another platform or SRA-regulated firm, please liaise with your Head of Recruitment to complete the necessary formalities to engage me as your subconsultant.
What is your position on PII?
I will rely on your authorised law firm’s PII policy, as all my work will be sent to the client under your supervision.
What is your minimum hourly rate for work?
My minimum rate is £150 per hour.
I am on a CFA with the client. Would you be willing to defer payment until I get paid?
If you’re on a CFA, I’d be happy to include similar terms in our contract.
