Where did you study law?
I am a self-taught lawyer in that I passed the SQE1 exam through self study. I took the Barbri 20 week prep course for SQE2. Aside from that, in terms of formal education, I did a module on Business / Contracts Law as part of my MBA at Cranfield.
What is your hourly rate?
My minimum rate is £150 per hour.
What areas of law are you experienced in?
I have experience in Technology, Outsourcing, Public Procurement, and Contracts (both drafting and disputes). I am gaining experience in Commercial law & Competition Law in my current work as a sub-consultant solicitor with Nexa.
What do we need to do to get started?
We’ll need to establish a framework consultancy agreement and complete any onboarding formalities, including mandatory training, to get ready.
What about PII?
All my work will be conducted under your PII policy. Mindful will provide public liability cover for our services, only.
Do you have any minimum hours requirement?
No, the service is entirely flexible. As long as we have a framework agreement, and as long as I have availability to cater to your requirements, I will do so.
